The Belysse group of companies was formed in 2021 as a result of the division of the Balta Group of Companies.

The Belysse group includes the companies iTC polyamide carpeting and polypropylene tile carpeting (checkered carpet), Modulyss luxury commercial tile carpeting, and Bentley (for the American market).

Modulyss is a brand that has made a name for itself in the commercial grade tile carpet market. Modulyss offers everything from simple color patterns to artistic and custom designed tile carpets.
